The machine structure below
- High speed paper cup forming machine comes with two turnplate, open intermittent cam mechanism and gear transmission, longitudinal axis structures. The cam is made in Korea.
- The whole machine adopts automatic lubrication system, which makes all mechanical parts working much more smoothly.
- Bottom sealing by hot air devices, so that the machine is efficient,
the hot air device is imported from Switzerland.
- The new machine with higher working speed (100pcs/min) than RD-12/22 machine, so there is extra Switzerland Leister hot air device for the side sealing, so side sealing is done by both Hot air and Ultrasonic.
- Cup side sealing by ultrasonic, Evergreen which is made in Taiwan.
- Cup top curling has two steps, rotary curling and heating figuration, which makes the curling more stable and with better appearance (round and smooth).
- The machine comes with PLC control system, sensor failure detecting and it stops working automatically if the machine has any problem, it can greatly improve operation safety and reducing labor cost. THE PLC, touch screen, Invertor, temperature controller and sensor is made in Korea.
- All bearing of the machine is made in Japan (NSK brand), and the vacuum generator is made in Japan (SMC brand).
- More efficient and higher performance.
- It is easy to make cups with different sizes by changing moulds.
- With automatic cup delivery system and counter.
- The machine dimensions is smaller than RD-12/22 machine, more compact.

As you know, we moved to new production site in November 2021.
Now, welcome to visit our new factory.
This is our office building. The first floor is the show room and after-sales service center. In the show room, you can see the samples of all the machines we are producing, including glue binding machine, paper cutter, laminating machine, digital creasing machine and so on. Here is the after-sales service center, where our engineers and technicians will provide technical training and Q & A for new and old agents. Of course, during the epidemic, only online training will be provided.
The second floor is the sales department, where colleagues in charge of domestic and overseas markets communicate with customers from all over the world every working day.
The third floor is the production management department. They manage all the production lines, ensure the normal operation of the production lines, and are also responsible for the quality of each machine.
The fourth floor is the staff entertainment room. After work, everyone can play table tennis, billiards, chess and fitness.
The fifth floor is also the highest floor, where the big boss and financial staff work.
The production workshop can be reached directly from the third floor of the office building.

Here is the assembly workshop of glue binding machine, here is the assembly workshop of paper cutter, laminating machine and digital creasing machine, Every day about 80 machines are assembled, inspected, packed here and transferred to the finished product warehouse, ready to be dispatched to dealers around the world.
